World of Warcraft
So about four months ago I stopped playing World of Warcraft (WoW), typical raid burnout I guess. I was raiding three or maybe four times a week spending about four hours on each raid not to mention the time it takes to get all the money/mats sorted out for the raid i.e. pots, repairs, reading up on strategies etc. This is all the stranger when you consider that Sacred Knights (SK) is a social Guild, in other words NOT a raid Guild. I suspect however that for the raiders in the Guild it IS a raid Guild but with a much nicer set of people and rules. Anyway, we'd got Kara cleared and moved onto Zul'Aman (ZA) but as soon as we got to ZA the thrill had gone (as BB King likes to say). I think I did ZA two or three times and that was enough for me. So I stoppped playing.
However in the last few weeks I've been really missing the Guild and the game. Maybe more pertinently I've been playing games but wishing I was playing I was playing WoW. I think it all boils down to use of time. IF, and it's a big if, I could play WoW sensibly and not every hour that God sends, then where would be the harm in that? Let's face it, I think I'm always going to play video games so it might as well be one I really like. It's definitely fair to say that WoW is the best game I've ever played and when you add to that SK and the people in it - well it just rocks.

So you back playing WoW?
Its a great game and whats more important is playing it with like minded people. I'd rather play it hat any other game at the moment, even got a stack of unfinished console games.
Just a had a reset break for WoW and can't wait to start raiding again tomorrow.
cool to read what your up to Lordo
